Which payment provider does BuddyPT use?+
BuddyPT integrates with Stripe as its primary payment provider. Trainers connect their own Stripe account, and all online payments — one-time charges and recurring subscriptions — are processed securely by Stripe.
Does BuddyPT charge transaction fees on payments?+
No. BuddyPT does not add any platform transaction fee on top of Stripe. Trainers only pay Stripe's standard processing fees, and 100% of the remaining revenue is paid directly to the trainer's connected bank account.
Can trainers sell subscriptions and coaching packages?+
Yes. Trainers can create recurring subscription plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual), one-time coaching packages, and session bundles. BuddyPT handles renewals, failed-payment retries, cancellations, upgrades, and prorated changes through Stripe Billing.
How are offline payments handled?+
Trainers can log cash, bank transfer, UPI, or card-machine payments manually against any client. BuddyPT tracks pending balances, applies discounts, and generates invoices so offline revenue is reported alongside Stripe revenue.
Which countries and currencies are supported?+
Any country and currency supported by Stripe — 46+ countries and 135+ currencies — is supported inside BuddyPT. Clients are charged in the currency the trainer sets on each product or plan.
Can clients manage their own subscription?+
